Lift Your Spirits

"I try to give my work an almost magical energy that makes the viewer feel good." - Stephen Huneck

Artist's Pick of The Week

This week our Artists' Pick celebrates the fall harvest, the season for fresh fall air, apple cider and pumpkins. "Farmer" from Stephen's newest book, "Sally Gets A Job" epitomizes the the fall harvest. A great print for anyone from age 2 to 92, tractor enthusiasts to gentleman farmers.

Small giclees are $49 unframed or $99 framed, with your choice of either maple or painted black ash. Large giclees are $129 unframed or $199 framed, and woodcuts are $395 unframed or $495 framed. Available with black, yellow or chocolate dogs.

Fall Foliage is here!

The fall grounds of Dog Mountain

The fall colors are in "full bloom" up here on Dog Mountain. Foliage is the perfect time to take the scenic drive to Vermont and enjoy the beauty of the area. We invite you to pack your dog, your camera and come up to visit the chapel, hike the trails, peruse the gallery and enjoy all Vermont has to offer in the fall.

And don't forget, next weekend is the Dogfest! It will take place on October 12th, from 12pm-4pm. If you’ve never attended, it’s a party to remember. We kick off the event with a hot dog BBQ and other snacks for people and their pooches. I will be there signing artwork and books from 1-2:30 pm.

The Pie Table is always popular!

Vermont Mystic Pie will sponsor a tasting stand featuring their incredible apple pies. Join us for our ever entertaining doggy competitions up at the big dog pond at 3pm. For more information on this event, pet-friendly accommodations, and more, visit us online at www.dogmt.com or call 800-449-2580.

I hope to see you all there!
