COVID-19 UPDATES:

Dog Mountain Plans to Keep You Safe The Stephen Huneck Gallery, Dog Chapel, and Dog Mountain grounds are all open. Click Here for our current hours.

Beginning April 9, 2021, the Forward Vermont Phased Reopening Plan goes into effect. Developed by the Department of Health, the Department of Public Safety, and the Agency of Commerce and Community Development the plan uses vaccination milestones to ensure a safe easing of personal restrictions and continued reopening of the state's economy. The new rules at Dog Mountain are as follows:

Stephen Huneck Gallery:

  • Masks Are Required: Masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn at all times when inside the Gallery.
  • Keep 6 Feet of Distance: Please stay six feet away from other people when inside the Gallery.
  • Bathroom For Customer Use Only: The Gallery bathroom is reserved for staff and Gallery customers.

Dog Chapel:

  • Masks Are Required: Masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn at all times when inside the Dog Chapel.
  • Keep 6 Feet of Distance: Please stay six feet away from other people when inside the Dog Chapel.

Dog Mountain Grounds:

  • Masks Are Recommended: Masks covering the nose and mouth are recommended when near other people.
  • Keep 6 Feet of Distance: Please stay six feet away from other people whenever possible.
  • Keep Dog Mountain Clean: Please pick up after yourself and your dog.
